The first batch of printers were shipped with a power supply that was later determined to have issues.

• Check that the power supply is labeled MW (MeanWell). If it is not then it may be an earlier weak power supply.
• Check the power cord and make sure it is plugged in securely.
• If the power light on the front switch is blinking then the power supply is shorting or not sufficient to run the unit.
• Replace the power supply with new 12V 5amp or greater supply.
